2025 5th International Civil Engineering and Architecture Conference (CEAC 2025) was successfully held in Tokyo, Japan during March 28-31, 2025! The technical prograrm consists of 2 keynote talks, 3 invited talks, 1 best paper competition, 1 best student paper competition, 1 special session and 12 oral/poster sessions. Around 130 participants from over 15 countries and areas gathered in Tokyo as well as online platform and had in-depth communication on relevant topics during the 4-day event. Thank you for everyone's support and participation. Special thanks extended to all the speakers, every individual and committee members for their contribution to make the conference a success.
